Australia

One of the most fascinating countries in the world, most inhabited desert in the world and home to some of the most stunning beaches we have ever seen is beautiful Australia. Despite its size almost being the same as the entire European continent, this barren island has less than half the  population of the United Kingdom. Australia is world famous for its crazy wildlife, awesome surf and ancient history, and these are just some of the reasons why we fell in love!

The Australian chapter of our story originally began in 2014, when Gemma lived here for 3 months completing placements for her university degree. We then met up and toured the east coast in a campervan before leaving all too soon.

This chapter was continued at the end of 2018 when we began our backpacker’s right of passage; the Australia working holiday visa. These are all of our guides and tales from this epic adventure, with plenty more to come!
