Well thought out and informative book which is well laid out and easy to use. Photographs are fantastic and really show what a beautiful part of the world the NC500 has to offer. Lots of great information on areas off the beaten track. Completed the route a couple of years ago and the photos / information provided just means we will have to do it all again. Can’t wait

For the clueless amongst us, sometimes we need to be taken by the hand and led to exactly where we want to go, or even where we might want to! As a keen amateur photographer who works full time, I don’t have a lot of time to spare planning and faffing around trying to find a location. This book is what I have been looking for in this respect. A lot of love and hard work and dedication has been put into the research for It, as is reflected in Gemma and Campbell’s youtube channel. It’s not so much a how we did it, better still a why we did it!

The Assynt in the westerly area of the NC500 is a wide open space begging to be explored. If you want to get lost, in the nicest possible term, this is the place for you.

I havn’t personally driven the NC500, but I have a clearer Idea of what awaits thanks to this painstakingly assembled book. If, like me and my wife, you are planning on doing this trip soon, this book is a compulsory companion.

We bought our van in November 2021 after many months of contemplation and started to follow highlands2hammocks for some trip inspiration – I bought your book for my husband for Christmas and we are now planning our first significant trip north to do the NC500! Beautiful book, great routes and some fab tips along the way – great job guys!!!

The only NC500 guide book you will need. I followed along the YouTube series and couldn’t wait to get my hands on a copy, and it did not disappoint. A high quality print, incredible photos and beautifully written.

I’ve spent my adult life exploring Scotland and have it pretty well covered, I can’t wait to explore lots more new places that I may never have discovered without this book, all the hidden gems are inside. Thank you!

We started following Campbell and Gemma as most people do when they search around YouTube looking for inspiration and entertainment and pretty soon after watching them we realised they had both! topped off with a generous helping of passion for their homeland.
Campbell and Gemma have crystallised this by managing to reproduce it all in the form of a paperback called “Destination NC500”, there is so much hands on information which helps to answer your questions and then all sequenced together with some of the best photography skills which show off Bonny Scotland at its very best. I was so pleased that I bought a 2nd copy as a gift for my “brand new” motorhoming sister who is itching to discover the NC500 for herself, it doesn’t matter if your a seasoned or complete novice when it comes to visiting Scotland, this book will lovingly guide you every step of the way. A must have on any motorhome book shelf.

Such a gorgeous book, bought for my fiance as a new year’s Day gift as a promise of adventure. We are looking at this trip for our honeymoon so it was exciting to start looking at everything we will be able to see. The photographs are exceptional and it is so easy to use, pick up and read. Very well done

Hi Gemma and Campbell. Well have just received your NC 500 and what a delight to read. Superb photography which I appreciate as it is a hobby of mine and one reason I bought your book as well as having lists of various aspects of a trip my hubby Simon and myself hope to make later this year or next once I have retired. I live in Scotland and appreciate what a wee bit of earthly treasure we have to appreciate and protect for future generations .

Hi Gemma and Campbell, finally I got your book early this year and I have to say: it’s gorgeous. Very nice pictures and short reports on the locations visited as it should be. In the summer of 2016 I visited the western part of the NC500 together with my son for two weeks, my wife joined us for another week (from Inverness to Glen Affric, Durness, Old Man of Stoer, Ullapool, Isle of Skye, Fort William, Glencoe, Loch Awe an then back home). We would have been very happy the have had your book with us because then we would have been able to see even more and more fantastic spots of this wonderful part of UK/Scotland. Hopefully Covid will allow us to see Scotland and the NC 500 within this year or next year latest and this time your book will be with us. So thank you again for your book, well done both of you. Greetings from Germany from Hermann, Lennart and Gwyn
