WOW…. so many beautiful pictures, fantastic information and really great quality, I’ve brought several NC500 books and this is far the best by a long way, it should be known as the NC500 bible, no one should consider the North Coast trip without first reading it, well done both.

I first came across Gemma and Campbell on Instagram and found that they had written this very in depth guide to the NC500. I have been to Sutherland and and stayed at Kylesku 3 times and explored some of the surrounding areas but want to explore more I thought there guide would be of great help and it certainly doesn’t disappoint. The book is full of stunning pictures of the wonderful beaches, castles and other places of interest to visit along the NC500 it is well set out and easy to follow. The book is of great quality and you can tell a lot of love and hard work from Gemma and Campbell has gone into writing this book. Would highly recommend this book if you are planning on doing the NC500.

We’ve just finished reading your Destination NC500 book, and it’s full of amazing photos and information. I hope you keep on travelling! You work so well together as a couple, a great match. We’ve visited the Highlands on holiday, along with Skye, Mull, Arran, the Outer Hebrides and Taransay… and every area has its own unique landscapes. Our travels have covered quite a lot of the NC500 too. The only comment I would make about the book is a lack of maps, which could be useful.

I was born in Glasgow (but we moved South when I was 3). But my daughter is married to a Scot and they live in Glasgow now. They met on Taransay as they were both working in TV on the Castaway 2000 series. And they got married on the beach there too. Now they have a family, and a Scottish daughter who Gemma reminds me of.

Thank you for sharing your vanlife travels … we look forward to every one.
