You have the big city-life, with the bars, restaurants, night clubs and many, many beautiful sights to see. Then you have the country life of Scotland’s breath-taking scenery, infinite outdoor activities and temperamental climate.
The North Coast 500 is one of the most spectacular road trips in Scotland. With beautiful white sandy beaches and magnificent historical castles, why would you not want to visit this amazing part of the country.
Puffin Cove is a must see attraction on the NC500, located on the border of Caithness and Sutherland. This is a small cove, at the end of a dirt track and is the home to many puffins on the NC500.
Brora is a small village on the east coast of Scotland, sitting between Dornoch and Wick. It is also a place that is overlooked on a NC500 however, with an award winning white sandy beach, we would say it's definitely worth a stop off!
